Living more healthy

hey guys, I am gonna share something with you!
I wanna start changing my life from now on I don't have a job right now well only on saturday and I basically don't do a lot all week. I feel that I am getting more unhealthy and lazy and I don't like the way that this is going.

so, I came up with a plan for myself, I wanna start living more healthy and maybe loosing some weight in the process.

Rules for myself are:


o   walk 1 hour a day.

o   20 situps in the morning and in the evening.
o   drinking lots of water and tea.

o   eat healthy snacks.
o   just trying to eat more healthy in general

If I can do this for a month I am gonna buy something for myself as motivation and than keep going and make this something that is very normal for me.

I hope you guys support me and I think I will post updates ones in a while,
I think I am gonna use this also as a place to write down my feelings if I don't wanna do it anymore to maybe motivate myself again through writing it down.
